Terms of Service

By using Your Clinic Heart ("the platform", a brand operated by Socialogic, Romany LLC) you agree to these Terms. If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

The platform lets specialty clinics manage appointments and lets patients book them online, receive reminders, and manage their appointments. The platform does not provide medical services or clinical advice; it only facilitates administrative coordination.

Clinic staff sign in with a role-based username and password. Patients identify themselves with their phone number and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

• A card is validated when booking (card-on-file). No charge is made at booking.
• You may cancel or move your appointment at no cost up to 48 hours before.
• If you miss it (no-show), or cancel later than that, the same fee is charged of $15.00 to the card on file. In both cases the office reviews before charging — it is never automatic.
• Plan Vital is exempt from the no-show charge: no card is requested and no charge is made.
• Refunds are processed by the clinic according to its policy.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to attempt to access data of other clinics or patients, interfere with the service, or use it for purposes other than managing your appointments.

Clinics pay a subscription to the operating company. No-show charge funds go directly to the clinic's account (Stripe Connect); the operating company may take an agreed fee. Financial details are agreed in writing with each clinic.

The platform, its code, and the Your Clinic Heart brand belong to Romany. You are granted a limited right of use while you comply with these Terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

The platform is not a substitute for medical care. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable U.S. federal law.

By booking and giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive automated text messages from Your Clinic Heart: notices about your appointments and one-time verification codes when you request them. Codes are sent from a phone number separate from the one used for appointment notices.

Frequency: notices vary with your appointments; codes are sent only when you request one. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out (or CANCEL on the verification-code number) and START to opt back in; opting out applies to the number you text, so opting out of codes does not stop your appointment notices, and vice versa. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
